  1. hi! hope you feel better meanwhile. first of all i wanted to tell you that i looove your blog. i follow you, since nearly from the beginning and i love the way you're writing and your way on handling things. just wanted to let you know.
    i also had the problem with shin splints several times. it always appears when i do too much in training. that means too many jumps, too much pointe work etc. just too much. i dunno if you've already read that http://hjd.med.nyu.edu/harkness/patients/common-dance-injuries/footankle#shinsplits but it's interesting and maybe it helps you a bit. i wish you all the best and a fast recovery!

    1. Thanks for the link! I am going to skip jumps tonight, I think, and probably lay off the leg exercises I've been working on for a while, too. It's so frustrating, though!
